Stealing Minnesota II

America Coming Together is sending out emails asking people to volunteer to "vouch" for total strangers who are trying to same-day register.

Update: I should be clear here... "Vouching" is standard practice in Minnesota, and as wide open to fraud as it is, that's still not the real issue. The real issue is that it's ACT, being investigated in numerous registration fraud incidents around the country, that's doing it.
