Jesus is my AttorneyI see I'm
hardly the only one who's had problems with Teenage Homeboy, LLC; the owners of the "Jesus is my Homeboy" trademark who had my "Arnold is my Homeboy" product pulled from CafePress, claiming that they own the entire "is my homeboy" concept. (Although I've got to say, the design over there is, uh, a tad bit more controversial than mine.)
Their conversation with TH's low-powered (his email is at yahoo.com) entertainment lawyer, Joe Sofio, is pretty much identical to the ludicrous one I had with him before he got mad and wouldn't play with me anymore. Seriously, is there somebody who knows more about IP law on this issue who has some advice? I'd love to reopen that section of my store if I can.
Update: What the hell am I thinking about? An IP law firm just bought a blogad. *slaps forehead*

I'd say go for it: I just dropped Ron Coleman a note at his direct address under his profile over there. He'd probably think it's hilarious to hear from both.
