You're right on there (as usual!). Even American liberals want us to go backwards in time...except, of course, for themselves. This, to me, is the great hypocrisy of modern American liberalism. They want a perfect world, but unpolluted, and with no violations of their precious rights-- like to never see someone of the military or police. But they love their laws and they love for the police to arrest non-liberals and love their prosecutors to convict them and throw them in prisons, which according to liberals, we have too many of, etc., etc.
